It is extremely unlikely that you will like nothing about any of your initial draft. If you gave plenty of information on the order form then it is down to us to get close to that. If we miss the mark by a mile then we will take responsibility for that. If you gave little information then you can use your revision rounds to fine tune one of the designs already presented to you. That is why it is so important to give as much detail on the order form as you can. The more information that you give us the more responsibility you pass to us. We are fair and we are honest and at the close of play we want you to have had a good experience with our service.
We support the following types.
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver. We may from time to time use specialist 3D rendering software too.
This is a very common question. The answer can be summarized as follows.
1. If you change your mind about any minor aspect of your design. Be it a color change, a font change, use of shadow etc..or any other minor change once you have actually had your design delivered. This is called a design revision. You can in fact make several minor changes and call that one revision, providing it is requested at the same time. To do this just send us an email and tell us what you want to change.
2. What is NOT a revision is if you want to have an entirely new design. This can be charged at the normal fee of the original design (depends on whether we missed the mark or you have changed your mind). Confused.....JUST ASK US!
We strive to deliver all initial design choices within 5 working days and revisions not longer than 3 business days. (In very busy periods these times may stray so please just drop us a line if you think we are taking too long).
All new design orders are emailed to you either in PDF format or in a ZIP file. If you do not have a Zip program on your PC we can send the files unzipped...just be sure to tell us. The best thing to do however is to download the free trial version of winzip from http://www.winzip.com
You do. We even supply a greyscale version of your logo so that you can register it at a trademark organization. You are however completely 100% responsible for any copyright issues that may arise as a result of using our design services. It is your responsibility to investigate any possibilities of copyright infringement. There are companies set up to help you do this. Pepeq can not be held responsible for any issues that may arise after delivery is made.
Pepeq retains the nonexclusive, perpetual and worldwide right to display, reproduce and distribute the designs in Pepeq’s portfolio and website, and third party trade publications or exhibits, solely for the purpose of promoting or exemplifying Designer’s work, and the right to be credited with copyright ownership and authorship of the designs in connection with such use.
